The Hottest Party Band on The Outer Banks

Guitars and vocals
For the past fifteen years, Tommy worked with a partner, Betty Seni,
entertaining both public and private business clientele. “Seni and
DeSanto” was a high energy, dynamic partnership of talent and
creativity. Sadly, because of his desire to settle along the coast of
North Carolina, “Tommy and Betty” held their final performance
together in front of a loyal fan base in Atlanta before Tommy
departed in 2005.
After finishing 14 years of schooling (which includes a degree in
“Music Therapy”), Tommy had an impressive resume in the music
industry. He has 2,000 hours of studio time (jingles and projects)
as well as years of travel with successful and well known groups.
His work with major recording artists includes “Danny & the Juniors”
—known for “At the Hop”—where he was leader and conductor for
revival concerts and club dates, as well as Chubby Checker (“The
Twist”), Wayne Cochran and the CC Riders, and Franki Valli, with
whom Tommy recorded the hits “Who Loves You”, “Swear to God”,
and worked in shows in Las Vegas, Lake Tahoe, and Atlantic City.
In 1980-1982 Tommy had his group “Toaster” signed with
“Limelighter Inc.” and worked with Billy Graham in San Francisco.
Other groups that he has worked with include “Gypsy”, who
performed at “Playboy Hotel and Casino” in Philadelphia and “Free
& Easy”, whose work took them to Aruba for 2 years and to
Louisville, KY where they were successful at “Peter Outlaws”. Prior
to marrying and settling in Atlanta in 1989, Tommy was on the road
with the group “Hi-Rize”, where he spent 18 weeks a year at “Bally’s
Hotel and Casino.”
