Karl has executed telco strategies for three decades and has been active in open access fiber since 2000. He holds a degree from Oxford and was a founding Partner of Bell Labs Consulting and Nokia's Next Generation Access team. He is trusted to lead teams on behalf of ISPs, MNOs, investors, regulators, Ministers, the World Bank, the African Development Bank, and the Asian Development Bank. He has worked across Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the Americas.
